This filter provides both mechanical and biological filtration
It has a dark green chamber with new K1 bio filter media inside, more surface area for beneficial bacterial to colonize and faster cycling, keep your fish tank crystal clear and clean.
Comes with 4 strong suction cups, can be installed anywhere and can be easily hidden on the back wall of the aquarium
Imitating the riverbed in nature, the sandstone rolls with the flow of water on the riverbed, and the nitrifying bacteria breed in one generation and one generation, which plays a role in purifying the water.
New filter media: various microorganisms and nitrifying bacteria can be attached to the surface. through continuous tumbling, the filter media collide with each other to let the dead bacteria fall off, and the new bacteria adhere to it, which plays a role in self-repair and regeneration of the filter material. No need to replace the filter material during usage period
Air inlet connected with a air stone, great way to clean and oxygenate your tanks, and works great without noise
All parts of the sponge filter are detachable so as to clean
How to set up
1. This product needs to be connected to the air pump, and equipped with a check valve on the airline tube to prevent water return to the air pump due to power failure. PLEASE NOTE: air pump, airline tube and check valve not included.
2. Please choose suitable air flow.
